Notes:

• Minimum two night stay per motel unit.
• The accommodation rates are 'per room, per night' and are based on the number of guests staying in the motel room each night.
• For groups who are planning to share a motel room please include information in the 'Personal requests' section of the booking form for the following:
  • Each motel room has a minimum of two beds (including a double/queen size bed) - for groups of three or more please indicate the number of beds you require;
  • If not all the members of your group are staying for the same number of nights please book for all guests for the maximum number of nights any guests require and then include a note advising the number of guests who are not staying for the full period so that the rate you are charged can be adjusted accordingly.
    • Example: Your group is made up of three people: one of whom is staying for four nights; and two of whom are only staying for two nights.  You should make a booking for three people for four nights and include a note advising that two people are only staying for two nights.
• 'The Station' is only offering a full cooked breakfast from Friday 27 February until Monday 2 March inclusive.
  • If you plan to stay at 'The Station' before Thursday 26 February and/or after Monday 2 March you will need to make your own arrangements for breakfast accordingly (lots of cafes in Jindabyne).
• Rally attendees who are not staying in motel rooms at 'The Station' will be able to order a full cooked breakfast at 'The Station' via the rally registration form when it becomes available.
• No camping available at 'The Station' – see further down for nearby camping options.
